Kings Square 3 (KS3) is part of a major urban renewal initiative of the State Government to bridge the existing railway and link the CBD with the cultural and entertainment precincts of Northbridge.

The building comprises a total of nine levels providing 5,675m2 of A-Grade office space, a childcare centre of 730m2 and a gymnasium of 1,400m2. Retail tenancies are located on the ground level, totalling 815m2. In addition to this there is a mezzanine level of 220m2, which is an extension of the ground floor restaurant tenancy. The basement level provides exclusive parking and end of trip cycle facilities.

Stockland Baldivis is located within the City of Rockingham, approximately 40km from the Perth CBD. The 4 star Green Star Design and As-built building redevelopment comprises an expansion to the east of the existing centre, an essential services upgrade and aesthetic refurbishment to part of the existing centre.

Works include provision of 26,000m2 of additional retail space and external landscaping, expanded malls with food terrace and space for two major and two mini-major tenants, new bulky goods/showroom, construction of four pad site buildings to create the Baldivis town centre, refurbishment of the current centre, an upgrade of essential services and creation of 1,400 new car park spaces as well as upgrading existing car parks.

32 St Georges Terrace is located within one of Perth’s premiere commercial sites opposite Government House with unobstructed views of the Swan River.

The redevelopment involved major demolition to completely strip an existing 17 level office building and construct new concrete works to strengthen the lift core, stripping off all existing façades with the building’s footprint being extended by 500m2, adding an additional 7500m2 of lettable office space to the building.

Cloisters on Hay is a unique heritage landmark located in Perth’s CBD at 863-865 Hay Street through to 200 St Georges Terrace.

The redevelopment involved altering the existing one-storey building into an 11-storey retail and office tower, with the work undertaken over three stages to minimise disruption within an operational environment and car park. Works involved the demolition of existing structures, underpinning, piling and strengthening works, construction of the building’s new core and general refurbishment and redevelopment to an estimated 2,000m2 of retail space over level 1 and the ground floor.

Cockburn Gateway is conveniently located on the corner of the Kwinana Freeway and Beeliar Drive, just 20 kilometres south of the Perth CBD.

The project involved expansion of the existing shopping centre including the creation of 41 new speciality shops, a Target department store, food outlets and large basement and roof deck car parks.

The new shopping centre was built using the top down method of construction enabling the superstructure to be completed prior to the excavation of the basement.

City Square is located at 125 St Georges Terrace Perth. The 55-storey complex consists of four basement levels, ground floor retail level and 46 office levels above, of which BHP Billiton occupies 34 levels.

Sydney Water’s new corporate headquarters, located at 1 Smith Street, Parramatta, reflects an environmentally sustainable development incorporating Government guidelines and represents a benchmark for the City of Parramatta.

The building comprises a 23-storey commercial high rise office block. It consists of 5 basement levels used for car parking, a ground floor entry and retail tenancy level and 15 commercial office levels.

  • 200NB StdWt hydrant line pipework prefabricated utilising full penetration welding in accordance with ASME and API standards and externally coated with 3 part coating system.
  • Non-destructive examination of welds as per ASME B31.3 standard.

Scope Of Works: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of fire fighting system to protect Solvent Extraction Plants where significant quantities of flammable and combustible liquids used in the process are handled and stored, in accordance with the relevant Standards, including the following:

  • Fire Systems Control Centre (FSCC) assembled inside a shipping container.
  • Foam water spray deluge system activated by wet pilot detection to protect underside of process platforms, elevated pipe racks, organic process cells, settlers, mixers, vessels and storage and process tanks.
