Fire Engineering Systems’ mechanical, engineering division employs pipe fitters, coded welders, plumbers and apprentices.

Our trades person are highly skilled and have experienced various work environments, from new high rise constructions to refurbishment of existing shopping centres, marine and petrol chemical industrial projects. Previous Installations have accommodated the following standards:

• Sprinkler systems to AS 2118, AS4118, NFPA 13 and LPC (FOC) rules
• Hydrants and sprinkler pump sets to AS 2941 and NFPA 20
• Deluge / Water spray systems to NFPA 15
• Fixed foam systems to AS 1940 and NFPA 11
• Gas systems to NFPA 12, 12 A, 12 B and AS 4214
• Hydrant systems to AS 2419
• Design and engineering using FM, UL and SSL listed equipment and FM systems data sheets
• System testing and maintenance to AS 1851
